Biography
Kurt Jordan is the Founder and President of Jordan Multifamily, a Real Estate investment firm in Dallas, Texas. Kurt began investing in Real Estate in 2009 with the purchase of a single-family home and over the years, additional homes were purchased, rented, and self-managed. In 2018, he shifted from single-family to multifamily investing and founded Jordan Multifamily. Since its inception, Jordan Multifamily has grown their business to over $160 million in assets under management, comprised of 1,194 units. As President, Kurt oversees all aspects of the Firm including acquisition and dispositions, sourcing capital, and asset management.
Kurt received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2009. He also holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License. Before founding Jordan Multifamily, Kurt managed a sales tax consulting team at Ryan, LLC. Kurt is married to his best friend Alissa (2014) and they have two boys, Levi and Daniel (2017/2020).
